One Minet Skate Park
The Main skate park has three deep bowls and a street section and is limited to those aged 10 years and above. The mini skate park and rail area are suitable for beginners and younger users. There is ample room for picnicking on the adjoining field. It is situated next to the Lord Butler Leisure Centre which has a swimming pool and other facilities for non skating family members.

By Road:
Follow signs to Lord Butler Leisure Centre off the Thaxted Rd. Leisure Centre is at jct of Peaslands Rd and Thaxted Rd mini roundabout. Parking is on the right hand side of the Leisure Centre. Walk around the back of the Leisure Centre by path up the small slope.
Disabled parking ONLY to the left hand side of the Leisure Centre in Turpins Bowling Centre.
